HAMILTON, Mass. — Leading Republican gubernatorial candidate Mike Minogue continues to dominate the field with most delegates and volunteers, most cash on hand, and cements his position as the clear frontrunner for the Republican nomination. Based on recent polling and financial war chest, Minogue is the strongest candidate to defeat Governor Maura Healey in November.
In February, the campaign raised, matched, and contributed a total of $2,643,590, demonstrating unmatched commitment and momentum. Additionally, the Minogue campaign team recruited and received the majority of support in the delegate election process at the Republican Town Committees.
Since launching his campaign on October 1, 2025, Minogue was the fastest to raise $1 million in less than four months and personally invested $10 million by matching and donating to his campaign. Minogue has also invested in direct advertising with streaming and TV ads generating more than 15 million impressions, increasing his name recognition to win the general election. The campaign now reports ~$7.8 million cash on hand, which is ~$2.8 million more than the incumbent Governor Healey.
Beyond fundraising, Minogue has out-raised, out-organized, and out-worked the Republican primary field. Since October 1st, the campaign has built a statewide grassroots operation, mobilized over 2,500 volunteers, and attended 140 campaign events, laying the foundation to win at the convention and in the general election.

An internal poll conducted by Pulse Decision Science confirms what the fundraising and grassroots momentum already show: Mike Minogue is the clear leader in the Republican primary. Minogue leads the field with 29 percent support, compared to 16 percent for Brian Shortsleeve and 7 percent for Mike Kennealy.
