HAMILTON, Mass. — The Mike Minogue for Governor campaign today announced January fundraising numbers that underscore Minogue’s momentum and financial strength in the 2026 race, having out-raised and out-funded Republican opponents, while also having the strongest cash-on-hand position in the election.

Since launching his campaign on October 1, Minogue has been the fastest to raise $1 million dollars from donors. In January alone, the campaign raised and contributed $2,319,471, further widening the gap between Minogue and his opponents. Overall, the campaign has raised and contributed $8,538,804 and currently holds $5,633,389 in cash on hand. Compared to his Republican opponents, Minogue has 4x and 8x more cash on hand respectively. Additionally, Minogue has nearly a million dollars more cash on hand than the incumbent Democrat governor, giving Minogue unmatched resources to compete and win the primary and general election.

“Massachusetts voters are tired of being ignored while costs rise and government refuses to account for how their money is spent,” said Mike Minogue. “This support shows voters want a new kind of governor who will deliver real accountability, make life more affordable, create opportunity, and keep our communities safe.”
The campaign’s fundraising success has fueled an aggressive statewide effort focused on meeting voters where they are and building a durable grassroots operation. Since launch, the Minogue campaign has:
- Mobilized 1,846 volunteers statewide
- Earned support from 1,551 total individual donors
- Raised and contributed more than $8,538,804 overall
- $5,633,389 cash on hand
- Completed over 95 campaign stops across the Commonwealth
- Visited 49 Republican Town Committee (RTC) meetings
In addition, Minogue’s introductory television and digital advertising has generated more than 15 million impressions. He recently hosted a tele-town hall where 26,000 Massachusetts voters listened and asked live questions.
“This campaign is built to win. As a new kind of governor, I’ll bring compassionate and common sense leadership back to Massachusetts’ government,” Mike Minogue added. “Strong fundraising allows us to meet voters everywhere, build a serious grassroots operation, and hold the political establishment accountable. That’s exactly what we’re doing.”
