HAMILTON, Mass. — Today, candidate for governor Mike Minogue launched a new statewide television ad targeting four years of Maura Healey’s failed leadership, saying working families are falling behind while political insiders benefit.
The ad highlights a pattern of questionable spending and preferential treatment under Healey’s one-party rule.
“Not better off than you were four years ago?” the ad asks. “You are if you’re one of Maura Healey’s insiders. Healey’s insiders do better. You get the bill.”
Minogue says Massachusetts families are struggling with the rising cost of living while political insiders benefit. He says the ad highlights the waste, fraud, and corruption he is committed to eliminating.
“For too long, the political establishment has looked out for itself while working families struggle to get ahead. People are fed up, and they have every right to be,” said Minogue. “The era of political insiders cutting sweetheart deals and putting themselves first is coming to an end. It’s time to put Massachusetts families first. It’s time for a governor that works for the people, not the insiders.”
“Time for a new kind of governor,” Minogue says in the closing moments of the ad.
